The Hastings Highlands Public Library Board is pleased to announce that it has approved the appointment of a CEO/Chief Librarian and have successfully hired for the position of CEO/Chief Librarian.
The Board welcomes Wendy Keating as the CEO/Chief Librarian.
Wendy comes to the Hastings Highlands Public Library with international library experience as well as Ontario Library service, including time employed in our own library.
She has years of experience and Library accreditations. She is very excited to return to Maynooth to direct the growth of the library in our quickly growing community. She will begin her position on November 16, 2021.
The Hastings Highlands Public Library Board is excited to welcome Wendy as CEO/Chief Librarian and is confident that she will serve the community following the many faceted roles of CEO. The Board feels that this timely investment today ensures success for the future.
