Science fiction author Marcus Shields will be hosting a reading at the library on Saturday, October 27th at 11am and again at 1:00pm. Marcus recently moved to the community with his wife and generously donated his series 'Angel Brings Fire' to the library for patrons to try.
The Angel Brings Fire series is about a mighty alien being who may be Earth's only hope against total annihilation. The Angel brings the unique gift of the 'Holy Fire' that will forever change the course of human history. There are four books in the series total: Angel of Mailankh, Doubt Me Not, Angel and the Empire, and Children of the Fire.
Marcus will have signed copies of his books for sale at the reading, but if you can't make it out to the library on that day, you can also find his books in paperback from Amazon and in E-book format from Amazon, iTunes, Google Play Books, and Lulu.
